Independent women's media Many ways to be yourself

About

Hi,
I’m Daria

When people ask what I do, my answer takes a while. I spent five years as a personal stylist in Ukraine, became a digital product designer after moving to Prague, and then turned to self-discovery. Now I'm a mom to a three-year-old, I draw, I make cards and games, I'm writing a novel, and a few times a week I catch myself wanting to try something new. For a long time I thought this wasn't serious and that I needed to finally pick one thing. Then I noticed that one thread runs through every version of me, curiosity, and I stopped apologizing for it.

I drew the logo for this project myself, rough and bright on purpose, because a quiet, tidy version wouldn't have been true. I built the site you're on too, from the first sketch to the last button. A Woman, Many Ways is a magazine, a studio and a small publishing house for women who don't fit into one role either. Here we talk about the moment between versions of yourself and turn those conversations into things you can actually use.

Where we stand

You don’t have to pick just one
version of yourself

Women hear it all the time: narrow it down, find your niche, pick one thing already. But in real life the same woman builds spreadsheets in the morning, paints in the afternoon, reads philosophy at night and has strong opinions about which bag goes with sneakers.

To us that’s just a normal way to live, and we make media for women who don’t fit into one box.

We are An independent women’s media and studio Stories, questions, objects and books, made by hand
We are not Not therapy esoterics or “feminine energy” coaching. And not political media. We just give you more angles to see yourself from.
What we do Journal · Studio · Books Stories and interviews, cards and games, workbooks, guides and fiction.

Where we’re headed

We started as a magazine and we’re growing into a publishing house for women who live many lives: their stories, their books and their paths. If you’re a lot of people at once too, we have plenty to talk about.
